Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking.

Schedule drivers through carriers to pick up packages or shipments from our company.
Communicate with customers to record details about shipments, arrange pick up times and discuss any special handling issues.
Review shipments logs and maintain various records, freight bills, and rate quotes - Keep records, monitoring status of shipment appointments daily with the aid of numerous computer programs.
Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments based on cubic square footage and timeline to minimize dead/wasted space in trailers.
Determine the best carrier, delivery methods, and track rates directly with carriers and get the necessary documents that pertain to the shipments.
Cross training in various departments.
Production Coordinator

Position: Production Coordinator

Coordinate job training and safety training for applicable staff members.
Coordinate, plan and direct all activities as it relates to the timely production of work orders.
Monitor and use of computer systems (WMS, Netsuite) for work orders and execute Dashboards.
Responsible for entire production of work order process. Includes receiving work orders, delegating and implementing work, picking, checking, can’t find inventory, ordering, staging and packing accuracy.
Ownership of work orders from start to finish with accuracy.
Develop productivity standards for the production department.
Build and development positive work relationships between the production team, all staff and Leads.
Partner with Order Coordinator on the progress, adjustments, cancellations and completion of all assigned work orders.
Communicate with appropriate departments when needed to resolve issues.
Work closely with all staff, leads and Managers.
Hold department workload, procedures and safety meetings.
Researches inefficiencies in problem areas and makes recommendations in methods, procedures, or systems, to improve productivity and quality.
Cylinder Head Assembler
City: Rialto, CA
Position: Cylinder Head Assembler

(Must be forklift certified, & experienced RF scanner for picking) builds and assembles automotive cylinder heads -40 a day.
Picks all small cylinder components and assembles heads.
Uses a pressure machine that requires arm and shoulder strength to hold in place to tighten and press down on.
Lifts between 25 to 50 lbs. continuously.
Receiving
